Two PRECIBEO GO Linear Stage LS4545 HV and one GO Rotation Stage RS4545 HV enables nanometer precision motion along the X and Y axes, and unlimited microdegree precision motion around the Z axis, in down to 10-4 Pa vacuum.

All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering Smooth Continuous Motion, Fast Step & Settling Times and that are Self-Locking at Rest.
