The PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages move with nanometer precision over centimeter distances, lift up to 1 kg and are self-locking at rest. The PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages come with an integrated position sensor and are designed for delivering the precision, load capacity and ease of use needed for fast and simple set up.
GO Linear Stage 6545
The mid stage in the 45-series, PRECIBEO GO LS6545 offers a footprint of 65×45 mm, a travel range of 35 mm and is available with 5 N or 10 N operating lift force.
GO Linear Stage 8545
The largest stage in the 45-series, PRECIBEO GO LS8545 offers a footprint of 85×45 mm, a travel range of 50 mm and is available with 5 N or 10 N operating lift force.
GO Linear Stage 4545 HV
The smallest stage in the 45-series, PRECIBEO GO LS4545 is also available in a High Vacuum version.

GO XYZ – LS4545
Three PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS4545 assembled into a XYZ Stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X, Y and Z axis, each with 20 mm travel range.
GO XYΘ(Z) – LS4545 & RS4545
Two PRECIBEO GO Linear Stage LS4545 and one GO Rotation Stage RS4545 enables nanometer precision motion along the X and Y axes, and unlimited microdegree precision motion around the Z axis.
