Who is responsible for your personal data

Personal data we process
- Contact inquiries: first name, last name, email address, message and related correspondence.
- Newsletter and marketing: email address, subscription status and evidence of consent.
- Privacy choices: consent categories and the time the choice was updated.
- Optional website measurement: device, browser, approximate location, interaction and campaign information collected by Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel only after consent.
Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to inquiries and manage requested business communications: Precibeo’s legitimate interest in answering requests, or steps requested before entering a contract.
- To send newsletters and promotional email: your consent. You may withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting Precibeo.
- To use optional analytics and marketing technologies: your consent, which can be changed on the Cookie Settings page.
- To maintain necessary website operation, security and consent records: Precibeo’s legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised Precibeo personnel and approved providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email and newsletter delivery. When you enable optional categories, relevant information may also be processed by Google, LinkedIn and Meta. Providers act under their own terms or data-processing arrangements, depending on the service.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Precibeo relies on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is retained only while needed to answer the request, manage the resulting relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or the service is discontinued. Consent records are retained while needed to demonstrate and honour your choice. Optional analytics and marketing retention is limited by the settings and maximum periods described in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Precibeo may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Complaints
You may contact Precibeo first so that we can address your concern. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Security and updates
Precibeo applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This notice is reviewed when processing, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a revised date.
