Two PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS6545 HV assembled into a XY Stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X and Y axis, each with 35 mm travel range, in down to 10-4 Pa vacuum.
All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering Smooth Continuous Motion, Fast Step & Settling Times and that are Self-Locking at Rest.
