GO XYZ – LS4545 & Elevation HV

Two PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS4545 HV and one GO Elevation Stage HV assembled into a XYZ stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X, Y and Z axis, with 20 mm travel along X and Y, and 10 mm travel along Z, in down to 10-4 Pa vacuum.

All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering Smooth Continuous Motion, Fast Step & Settling Times and that are Self-Locking at Rest.
