Three PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS4545 assembled into a XYZ Stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X, Y and Z axis, each with 20 mm travel range, in down to 10-4 Pa vacuum.

All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering Smooth Continuous Motion, Fast Step & Settling Times and that are Self-Locking at Rest.
