GO XYZ – LS6545

Three PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages LS6545 assembled into a XYZ Stage enable nanometer precision motion along the X, Y and Z axis, each with 35 mm travel range. Also available in a High Vacuum version for vacuum down to 10-4 Pa.

All products in the modular PRECIBEO GO system are compatible and are easily combined into multi-axis systems offering Smooth Continuous Motion, Fast Step & Settling Times and that are Self-Locking at Rest.
